Ordering From Broadway Babe

Be Sure To...
Use the measurement chart and the group description sheet for desired style. Measure carefully and order correctly as our responsibility lies in producing the size that you order. All goods are cut to order. If the item is available in more than one color, please state desired color. Remember to consider your time frame and order early.

When Paying...
A 50% deposit is required on all orders in the form of a cashiers check, money order, Visa or MasterCard, or a business check along with a copy of your signed order. Please note that we must allow 7-10 business days for business checks to clear. This will cause a delay in processing your order. A confirmation of your order with an order number will be faxed or mailed to you.
Upon completion of your order we will request the balance due (generally 10 days before the shipping date). Again, in the form of a cashiers check, money order, Visa or MasterCard, or a business check. Once again, remember that there will be a 7-10 business day delay before a business check can be cleared by the bank.

*Notice to our California clients: You must furnish us with your resale number or apply an additional 8.25% tax to the total amount of your order.

Regarding Shipping...
Prices exclude shipping, handling, and insurance. UPS rates apply.

Delivery Time...
Our general delivery time is 8-10 weeks upon confirmation of your order.

Concerning Cancellations...
All goods are cut to order, so we cannot accept changes or cancellations when your order is in process.
